About Me
My name is Nichole Rundle, my husband and I have five beautiful daughters and 4 grandchildren, with many more extended children that we love like our own. Alaska is our forever home, and we enjoy many activities that our incredible state has to offer including camping, fishing, archery, hiking, and kayaking.
I have over 20 years of experience working with children ages birth to seventeen in a variety of settings including childcare, behavioral health, mentoring, tutoring, substituting and teaching in public and private school settings. As a parent, I homeschooled 3 of my 5 daughters for two years and learned a lot about individual learning styles and academic needs. I hold two associate degrees in Child Development, A bachelor's degree in Early Elementary Education, and my master’s in Curriculum and Instruction. In addition, I hold a variety of certificates in youth trauma, ASD, ADHD, and more.
Teaching truly is my passion! I believe it is important to teach the whole child socially, emotionally, and academically. Every child is unique and learns/processes things differently therefore they deserve an academic path that meets those needs and allows them to be the best version of themselves. I look forward to our journey together!!!
